Days of wine and cabbage~ April 7, 2012

I just finished making a most awesome dish, one of my faves!
For your dining pleasure, the recipe:

Spicey Cabbage Soup
1 head cabbage, sliced thin
1 carrot, sliced
2 tbs butter
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 cup chicken stock
Salt and pepper
Sauté cabbage, garlic and carrots in butter until caramelized. Add chicken stock and simmer on medium- low heat uncovered until carrots are tender, about 20-25 minutes.
